(Writing to Analyze)

I read a biography called Young Pocahontas: Indian Princess by Anne Benjamin. She was a Native American Indian. Pocahontas was brave. Pocahontas helped people.

Pocahontas helped the settlers by getting them food.  When she brought food to the settlers, Captain John Smith said, “You are too good to us, you are too kind.”  I think she was a nice person because she helped  the settlers.

Also,  Pocahontas was brave. She saved   John  Smith’s life. She begged  her  father to spare Smith’s life. I think Pocahontas was a very nice person because she saves John Smith’s life.

In conclusion, Pocahontas was Brave and Pocahontas helped people. I want  to help people. Maybe  without Pocahontas the settlers would not have stayed in Virginia.
