Response to Literature Essay

(Writing to Analyze )

I read a biography called Susan B. Anthony by Peter and Connie Roop. She was a famous woman.  Susan B. Anthony was brave. Susan B. Anthony helped people.

Susan B. Anthony was brave.        She voted and got arrested.  She wanted men and women to be equal.  A lot of people were mad at her.  I think brave people like Susan B. Anthony would be good at changing laws because she was brave to go to jail.

Also, Susan B. Anthony helped people.  She and Elizabeth worked  together to free slaves.  Now women could  keep what they had too instead of  just men keeping what they had. “Failure is impossible, she said.” I think good people like Susan B. Anthony would be good at helping slaves and all people.

In conclusion, Susan B. Anthony was brave and Susan B. Anthony helped people.  When I grow up if I want to vote I can because of Susan B. Anthony.  Now all women could vote.  Women could not vote if Susan B. Anthony did not change things.
