SKATE BOARDING

by  Mikel  12-7-05

Dedicated to my dad

I have a dad.  When he was sixteen he built a skateboard.  He rode it down a hill.  He rode on a dangerous road.

One day he was having fun on the skateboard.  First, he was going faster then he was before.  Next, he went faster and faster.

Then, he was on the second hill going

really fast.  After that, he was on top of the third hill and he put his foot down to stop.

Finally, he let go, then a car hit him and then his hand got run over. Then he had to    get a brace because he had metal in his hand and sixteen pins in his hand too.

I was four years old. It was scary, really scary and it made me cry.  My dad said, “Never ride in the road on a skateboard.  It’s dangerous.”
