Response to Literature Essay

(Writing to Analyze)

I read a biography called Young Helen Keller, Woman of Courage by Anne Benjamin. Helen Keller was blind and deaf.  Helen Keller was brave. Helen Keller helped people.

Helen Keller was brave.    She was brave because she was blind and deaf and could not talk.  She wanted to know all about the world.   Even though she was blind and could not talk and was deaf, she went to college.  I think Helen Keller was very brave because she learned how to speak in sign language.

Also, Helen Keller helped people.  Helen Keller helped blind and deaf people.  She wrote many books to help blind and deaf people. “She was called the wonder girl.”  I think she was brave to help people.

In  conclusion, Helen Keller was brave and Helen Keller helped people.  If I was blind and deaf like Helen Keller, I would get help like Helen Keller and help people. Helen Keller  made  the world better for people.
